I decided then to build my own Chateau de Jewel; Castle of Jewel here in Singapore. My aspiration is to built my own Chateau eventually and now I have since taken that step to leave the Bank to venture out on my own in this Real Estate Business.
I would describe the Real Estate Business as the deep waters of the sea. You never know how rocky the waves might get, or how calm and peaceful it will be. Of course, the more effort you put in, the bigger fish you might get. But being a Christian, I believe that if Jesus could calm the storm then, He can calm the storm for me now.
Being previously in the bank and dealing with housing loans, it gives me more exposure and a faster head start into the business. I would believe it was a great stepping stone for me.
I have decided though to step into this Business a little further; to be slightly different from the rest of the "agents" in this line. Thus I created this blog, from my experience ever since I started in this Business, I see lots of agents being untrue to themselves, or clients being protective of themselves to the agents. I want to be different, to let whomever that is going to deal with me, know more about me.
I believe that this is the only way, a long term business relationship is ever going to work out. I understand now the difficulties of agents and why clients end up never trusting.
I hope that in my real estate business, my clients are my friends. And I will do the best that I can to make the relationship work.
